Why do you need team member access on my Airbnb account?
Team member access lets us manage your calendar, set pricing rules, coordinate cleaning, and monitor messages in real time without ever having access to your payouts or replacing you as the host. You retain full ownership. We have exactly the operational access we need to do our job, nothing more.
How does payment work?
Airbnb pays you directly for every booking. We do not hold or handle any of your guest income at any point. At the end of each month we send a straightforward invoice for our co-host fee. Completely separate from your Airbnb earnings, completely transparent.
What does your fee structure look like?
Our fee structure will be confirmed at launch and will reflect the co-host model, which typically comes in below what traditional full-management agencies charge. We will be fully transparent about what is included and what is not, with no hidden charges or surprise deductions.
Can I still use my property for personal stays?
Absolutely. You block any dates you want directly through your Airbnb account, or ask us and we will do it for you. We recommend giving as much notice as possible over peak periods, but the choice is entirely yours. It is your property.
Is co-hosting legal in Queensland without a real estate licence?
The co-host model is structured so that the property owner holds the Airbnb account, receives payouts directly, and genuinely approves bookings. This distinguishes co-hosting from property management under the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld). We operate within this framework and recommend all owners verify the current regulatory position with their own adviser.
How much could my property earn?
It depends on your property type, location, size, and time of year. Well-managed short-term rentals on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts consistently generate significantly more than equivalent long-term leases. Once we launch we offer a free property assessment that includes a realistic earnings estimate for your specific situation.
What happens if there is a problem during a stay?
Automated messaging handles the vast majority of guest queries. For genuine issues that need a real decision, we contact you with a clear briefing and a recommended response. Maintenance issues go straight to our trade network. Airbnb’s AirCover provides baseline damage protection, and we recommend all owners hold appropriate STR-specific insurance as an added layer.
