Meet the founders

Two backgrounds. One practical approach.

Heidi Macallan and Lee Craig bring together the parts of short-term rental management that matter most: reliable operations, property care, presentation and the guest experience.

Heidi Macallan

Co-Founder, Operations and Quality

Heidi brings a background in nursing, hospital management, cleaning operations and quality control. She is also an Airbnb host and the owner of a busy Airbnb cleaning company.

That gives her a practical understanding of what happens between bookings and what guests notice when they arrive. Her experience shapes the systems behind cleaning standards, linen, restocking, property presentation and turnover quality.

She understands that small details are rarely small when they affect a guest's stay or an owner's reputation.

Lee Craig

Co-Founder, Property and Guest Experience

Lee brings more than 20 years of experience across hotel management, accommodation operations, real estate management, property maintenance and short-term rentals in South East Queensland.

He has managed hotels, operated a property maintenance business and previously held a leadership role within a short-term rental management company.

His experience supports practical oversight of each property, from maintenance coordination and guest needs to the everyday decisions that help an accommodation business run well.

Together, Heidi and Lee provide the operational knowledge and hands-on support owners need without removing them from their property or its performance.
