Not at all. Some owners come to us before launch, while others already have a live listing and want better coordination, stronger presentation or less of the day-to-day workload. We can work with an existing listing without taking ownership of your account.
Do you take over my Airbnb account or my booking money?
No. You keep ownership and control of your account, and the booking platform pays your revenue directly to you. BnBe does not collect, hold or handle your booking revenue, and no trust account is involved. We operate through agreed co-host permissions and handle only the work covered by your service agreement.
Do you only manage properties listed on Airbnb?
