All revenue is paid directly to the property owner by the respective booking platforms (such as Airbnb). Our services are restricted to operational coordination, property presentation and guest communication as outlined in our service agreements.

While we strive to optimize listings and coordinate high-quality guest experiences, BNBe makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the financial performance, occupancy rates, search ranking or guest reviews of your short-term rental property. The short-term rental market is subject to seasonal fluctuations and external factors beyond our control.
3. Intellectual Property
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, copy and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with Australian copyright law. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
